How do I make a return? Is there a return fee? 📦

Refer to OTAA's Return Policy for specific requirements;

• We’ve scrapped the return fee but there is a return window date of 30 days for refunds and 60 days for exchanges. 
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any OTAA hangtags, attached in original plastic
• Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned
• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable

No return fee! 💪😎  Any return shipping costs are not covered and you will be responsible for the costs of sending back a return, however, you are free to use any shipping method suitable since we at OTAA don’t have a limit to the amount of time it takes to ship back to us. 📦🦜
